How to become a client

You may become a Meeting Point client by purchasing our card. You may purchase the card and conclude a service contract by visiting us or you may send us the signed copy after you receive the contract by email.

Our clients receive cards during their first visit and must present them each time they visit MP. The conveying of Member and Member+ cards to the third parties or changing their holders are not allowed, except cardholder's list.

Office booking

Customers shall book the conference rooms (15 sq.m.) and conference-halls (30-45 sq. m.) no later than 4 hours before exploitation of the conference-room and 48 hours before use of the conference hall.

Cancellation of the booking

The customers shall inform us of their booking cancellation no later than 2 hours before the time of exploitation.

Dress code and rules of behavior

Our first priority is to create comfortable environment for your work and meetings. We kindly ask you not to wear shorts, t-shirts, and sport apparel while visiting Meeting Point. We also kindly as you to put you phones to vibrate or silent mode. Thank you for not smoking in Meeting Point.

Customers have access to

  • shower complex,
  • safe boxes,
  • equipped workpaces in the business lounge (PC),
  • full cover Wi-Fi in the business lounge,
  • Office stationery (pens, pencils, paper, etc.),
  • Telephone (local calls),
  • IT-support.

Office manager for you

  • receives telephone calls,
  • copies and scans the documents (up to 20 pages per day),
